An intelligent, energy-complemented, on-line UPS device, comprising high-voltage input section, low-voltage input section composed of battery groups; pulse width modulation and control circuit; primary power transformer; low-voltage DC output section; high-voltage output communication circuit, still comprising AC high-voltage loop for supplying A.C. high-voltage, low-voltage loop for charging the batteries, low-voltage discharging loop for discharging into host power transformer, high-voltage DC output circuit and control switch for controlling the operation of the switch device.
