The angiogenesis inhibitor composition contains 1˜500 microgram of an oleanolic acid. The oleanolic acid is produced by extracting a kochia scoporia fruit with a methanol, dissolving the extract into the methanol to remove a residue, extracting it with a normal butanol, drying it, fractionating it with a polar solvent to obtain a saponin fraction material, pressure reduction concentrating the fraction material to obtain a sapogenin, and recrystallizing the sapogenin.
