The transdermal administration drug is produced by mixing 3˜9wt.% of an extract extracted from gardenia seeds, with 50˜70wt.% of a purified water, 20˜50wt.% of a starch and 0˜0.9wt.% of an antiseptic. The extract is composed of 0.5˜2.0wt.% genipin, 0.5-2.0wt.% geniposide, 0.5˜4.0wt.% d-mannitol, 0.5˜1.0wt.% beta-sitosterol, 0.5˜1.0wt.% crocin and 0.5˜1.0wt.% crocetin. The extract is obtained by adding the gardenia seeds powder to the purified water, maintaining the mixture for 24hr, and filtering the mixture to remove the residue. The extract has an eliminating effect of an extravasated blood.
