The supplementary cover put on the surface of a commode board(2) to sit on is manufactured. Polyethylene film of 400 mm - 450 mm size is laminated to the surface of polyethylene foam sheet. The laminated sheet is fed to a fence type conveyor of 5 m - 6m, and passed through it for 1 minute. The polyethylene sheet heated to 70-80 deg.C is formed by foaming in a press mold of 0-5 deg.C to give the commode cover.
