PULP SLUDGE DRYING APPARATUS

The apparatus, for drying the paper sludge or slurry wasted from the paper mill and converting the dried sludge to the fertilizer and construction material, comprises the steam heating space(2) at the lower side of the U-type casing(1); a screw agitating vane(3) fixed at the reversible rotary shaft(4) in the casing; a heat radiation chamber(8) including the steam-heat transmitting pipe(7) connected with the steam heating space; hot-air supply tubes(10)(11) connected with the injecting tubes(10a)(11a) for supplying hot air to the casing; a discharging port(13) on the casing and induction plate(20) with V-type bent section at the inner surface of the casing; and a reverse-flow preventing tube(21) having the drain tube(22) near the casing.
