The device is for connecting a filter used in special broadcasting method selectively. The device comprises: a buffer transistor which makes to input the compound image signal of NTSC/PAL method into the base node; a NTSC/PAL decision unit which outputs the decision signal of the first level if its method is NTSC method, outputs the decision signal of the second level if its method is PAL method; a first switching method which outputs the compound image signal into a comb filter(CF) when the NTSC/PAL decision unit outputs the decision signal of the first level; a second switching method which outputs the compound image signal into the image signal processing unit when the NTSC/PAL decision unit outputs the decision signal of the second level.
