STEEL PLATES OF REMOVING FINGERPRINT WITH AN EXCELLENT CORROSION RESISTANCE, CONDUCTIVITY AND COATING ADHESIVITY

The method for manufacturing fingerprint resistance steel plate, is characterized by forming single composite film on the zinc plating steel plate using composite solution consisting of chromate solution and resin solution. The composite layer has chrome adhering amount of 5-60 mg/m2 and resin adhering amount of 300-2000 mg/m2. The chromate solution reduces working pollution and wastewater treatment load, improves workability and productivity.
