摘要 FIELD: mass exchange columns aimed at gas (vapor)/fluid interaction for gas absorbing, rectification, washing; may be used in chemical, oil chemical, gas and other industries. SUBSTANCE: vacuum grid column includes vertical cylindrical vessel. Tiers of outward-flow grids made in the form of cones with apexes directed upward are installed inside the vessel. Generatrices are inclined to horizon at an acute angle. Diameter of the cones is equal to vessel inner diameter. Deflecting conical discs are installed over outward-flow grids axially symmetric. The discs are made in the form of truncated cones with larger bases directed upward and coming in touch with vessel walls. Inward-flow grids made in the form of cones are installed below the outward-flow grids. Bases of the cones are directed upward, and come in tight touch with internal walls of the column. Generatrices are inclined to horizon at an angle twice as large as that for outward-flow grids. Deflecting cones with apexes directed downward are installed axially symmetric over the inward- flow grids. Generatrices are inclined to horizon at an acute angle. Diameter of the cones is smaller than internal diameter of the vessel. Arched slots with convex directed upward are originated on outward-flow and inward-flow grids, on deflecting discs and cones. The slots are placed uniformly in concentric circuits. Axes of the arched slots on inward-flow grids and on deflecting conical discs are inclined at an acute angle to generatrices, from periphery to the center, towards the same direction. Axes of arched slots on deflecting cones are directed at an acute angle to generatrices from the center to periphery towards the same direction. Axes of arched slots on outward-flow girds are inclined at an acute angle to generatrices from the center to periphery towards the same direction. EFFECT: improved mass exchange between gas (vapor) and fluid at the expense of decreased lengthwise fluid agitation on a plate, and extended fluid/gas (vapor) contact.
