FIELD: navigational systems. SUBSTANCE: method consists in setting test input actions through performing series of turns of unit "ЧЭ1" in "n" fixed positions, break of feedback in sensors in each position, measurement of output signals of sensors at discrete moments of time during passage of speed base by sensitive elements of sensors under action of known accelerations and angular velocities, measurement of actual angles of turn of input axis of sensors relative to horizon plane, formation of coefficient of Vandermond matrix from cosines of these angles and their powers, multiplication of output signals of sensors by coefficients of inverse Vandermond matrix, determination of unit step functions from first to "n" order", determination of degree of significance of each unit step function and determination of degree of non-linearity of sensor.
