FIELD: production of elastomer compositions. SUBSTANCE: proposed composition contains (mass parts): dimethyl-diethyl-siloxane rubber 100, silica powder 10-30, asbestos 7-23, anticross-linking additive 1-4, plasticizing additive 75-150. Mentioned above rubber which contains 25-35 mol % of diethyl siloxane monomer units is used as polymer. Silica powder together with asbestos are used as filler. Methyl-3,3,3-trifluoro propyl siloxane diol which contains 3-10 mol % of hydroxy groups or dimethyl methylphenyl siloxane diol which contains at least 3 mol % of hydroxyl groups and 4-20 mol % of methylphenyl siloxane monomer units are used as mentioned above anticross-linking additive. Oligodiethyl siloxane liquid having viscosity 1.5-5.0 poise is used as said plasticized additive. Proposed composition may operate at (-60)-(+130) C. EFFECT: improves quality of desired product. |
