FIELD: mining, drilling control. SUBSTANCE: rotary-feeding system of drilling machine includes mast, pulling device, rope-pulley block system related to pulling device and movable blocks to generate working and idle branches, drilling bed related to support unit with drive. Drilling bed revolution counter is connected to drive motor. Well depth gage is connected to working branch unit. Rotary-feeding system of drilling machine is provided with unit of drilling bed revolution computation correction, drive control unit with inputs and output. Drive control unit inputs are connected to drilling bed revolution counter, drilling bed revolution setpoint device, and unit of drilling bed revolution correction computation. Output is connected to drive motor. Besides the device is provided with drilling depth counter; "Drilling" switch; drilling bed motion direction recognition unit; counter of drilling bed up-motion; and setpoint device for drilling bed upward jump height. Inputs of drilling bed motion direction recognition unit are connected thought the first and the second logic units "AND" to well depth gage and switch "Drilling"; output is connected through the third logic unit "AND" counter of drilling bed up-motion and respectively to the first unit, and through logic unit "NO" to the third input of well drilling depth. Second input of the latter is connected through the second logic unit "AND" to well depth gage. Input of drilling bed motion direction recognition unit is connected to output of drilling bed up- motion counter, and its second input to setpoint device for drilling bed upward jump height. EFFECT: increased resistivity of rock destroying tool. |
