FIELD: electric engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has housing 14, transformer, which is located in housing and has multiple-rod ferromagnetic core 1 and multiple- phase primary winding 2, which is connected to alternating current power supply. In addition device has secondary winding which serves for heat exchange and is designed as hollow chamber 4 with lower inlet 5 and upper outlet 6 for transmission of fluid to be heated. Chamber 4 has through vertical channels 7 with electric- current conducting walls 8. Rods of transformer core 1 are located in channels with space. Device may be used for electric heating of houses and hot-water supply. EFFECT: increased efficiency, decreased usage of materials. |
