A mineral active water manufacturing apparatus which does not need circulation by water jet pumps and can efficiently manufacture mineral active water. A filter (1) is provided in a water storage tank (3). The filter (1) is provided at its upper portion with an opening (11). The filter (1) is provided at its lower side surface portion with a water suction port (13). An air feed pipe (15) for supplying of air (21) into the filter (1) is provided. An air discharge port of the air feed pipe (15) is provided in a lower portion of the filter (1). Mineral active stone (10) is received in the filter (1). Air (21) is supplied from the air feed pipe (15). Bubbles (22) rise in the filter (1) to subject the mineral active stone (10) to microvibration. Water is sucked into the filter (1) through the water suction port (13). Stream (A) is generated in the water storage tank (3). Water passes in the filter (1) for circulation to elute mineral components from the mineral active stone (10). |
