The present invention relates to a deep-frying pan structure comprising a container (12) for oil and food to be fried, which is superiorly closeable by means of a lid possibly exhibiting means for aspiration and filtration of fumes, said container exhibiting a lateral aperture (13) for expulsion of cooked foods. The container is partially contained in and removably associated with a body (8) containing heatable liquid. A conical disc element (23) is situated internally of the container, provided with radial separators (24) and cooperates with means for rotating same and means for vertically moving same. |
