The device controls a temperature of the settler accurately and manipulate malfunctions in the control of the temperature by using op-amp's and NAND gates to divide the base voltage to compare it with the detected temperature, and therefor includes a micro processor controlling this device, a voltage distributer dividing VCC by a thermistor and resistors, the 1st and 2nd and 3rd comparators the divided voltage with the operation voltage of a heater and with the limit voltage and with the open thermistor voltage respectively, a temperature controller using 1st, 2nd, 3rd control signals, a photo coupler driving by control signal of the temperature controller a trigger circuit generating trigger signal by a photo coupler, a power supplying AC by the trigger signal.
