The HFRS(Hamorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrom) vaccine is prepared by cultivating Hanta virus in normal human diploid cell selected among the group of normal human diploid cell LuMA(KCTC0035BP), KiMA(KCTC 0036BP), SMMA(KTCT 0037BP) AND ThYMA(KTCC 0038BP); collecting and purifying the above multiplied Hanta virus; and inactivating the purified virus by e.g. heating at 60 deg.C, treating 0.05v/v% formalin at 4deg. C for 7 days or more etc..
