The system is made to operate a pager installed in the receiving part of a car with a telephone by: operating the first NE555 and the first 4017 counter IC by relays(RY1,RY10,RY2) operated by the pager; starting the car by operating a transistor(TR3) and a relay(RY4); making the first counter IC and the first 7404 IC off by operating a relay(RY7) by the operation of a diode 4001 and the relay(RY1); amplifying a transistor(TR6) by the operation of the second 4017 counter IC by the second NE555 by making the second NE555 and the second counter IC in the operating state; and operating a heater or an air-conditioner by the operation of a relay(RY9) by the amplified voltage.
