SUBSTANCE: with the aim of provision of the maximum efficiency and accuracy of measurement of unknown velocity, the increments of acceleration of gravity, are measured and registered in time on the earth's radius in the conditions of the terrestrial equator in the period of equinox by means of a highly sensitive gravimeter with a strongly pronounced sensitivity axis; with due account made for time correction according to the arrangement on the straight line of the center of the Earth, point of measurement on the surface of the Earth and center of the solar disk within the range of electromagnetic radiation, determined is the time interval of measurement, for instance, of about six hours in the selected part of the time scale of the day, including, due to rotation of the earth, the moment of direct sighting of the gravimeter sensitivity axis on the center of the Sun masses within the range of gravitational effect characterized by the maximum of increments of acceleration of gravity, and the moment of direct sighting of the gravimeter sensitivity axis on the center of the solar disk within the range of electromagnetic radiation in the very middle of the measurement time interval simultaneously registered on the output cartogram of increments of acceleration of gravity of the gravimeter; measured on the cartogram of increments of acceleration of gravity is the time period from the maximum of increments of acceleration of gravity to the middle of the measurement time interval; the result of measurement of gravitational force in space is determined by calculation as a relation between the known distance from the point of measurement on the surface of the Earth to the center of the Sun masses and the difference between the time of light covering of the distance from the Sun surface to the point of measurement and the time period from the maximum of increments of acceleration of gravity to the middle of the measurement time interval. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and accuracy of measurement.
