The modem is provided for, in transferring an information from a base station to a mobile station, symbolizing the information to transfer it by dividing it into signal sets and a signal set division and recovering information bits with same average power and without an error to improves a gain, and includes a serial/parallel transformer, a convolution symbolizer, a signal projector, a differential phase signal projector, a first/second orthogonal modulator and a high frequency mixer, so as to receive the most satisfactory bandwidth in each frequency band.
