FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: multi-layer roofing is made in the form of clothes including at least two functional layers containing the base and bitumen impregnating cover layers and interlayer. As this takes place highly elastic bitumen-polymeric layer is used as the lower layer adjoining the base. The layer has block- co-polymer-styrol-butadien-styrol. Polyethylene film of 0.012 - 0.015 mm thinness is used as sublayer, or quartz sand of the following granulometric composition (% by weight): 0.1 - 0.2 of 0.50 - 1.250 mm size, 13.0 - 14.7 of 0.30 - 0.50 mm size, 85.0 - 87.0 of 0.15 - 0.30 mm size, the dust being the balance.
