FIELD: physico-chemical processes and disperse systems. SUBSTANCE: according to invention, preparation of a disperse system by way of vibrationally affecting a liquid system in presence of gas is performed using resonance frequencies of basic modes of acoustic vibrations of the disperse system, and amplitude is chosen on condition of occurring cavitation in liquid bulk, dimensions of disperse system being not less than doubled thickness of its boundary layer.
