In the present invention, if a terminal device receives, in a sub-frame n, a medium access control (MAC) control element (CE) which instructs activation of a second cell, and a PDCCH monitoring operation has not been applied to a first cell in a sub-frame n+8, an operation relating to CSI reporting to the second cell in a PUCCH is applied to a sub-frame which is not earlier than sub-frame n+8 and in which a PDCCH monitoring operation has been applied to the first cell. If the terminal device receives, in sub-frame n, a MAC CE which instructs activation of the second cell, an operation relating to CSI reporting to the second cell in the PUCCH is applied to sub-frame n+8, regardless of whether or not a PDCCH monitoring operation has been applied to the first cell in sub-frame n+8. |
