FIELD: chemical and other branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves membrane filtering of dispersion containing dispersing medium in one or several stages: separating basic dispersion supplied to membrane filter at each stage into fraction retained by membrane filter and permit flowing through filter, with fraction retained by membrane filter and obtained at one of stages being used as basic dispersion or portion of it, if necessary, at one or more stages; concentrating permit obtained at one or more stages to produce concentrated fraction containing increased-concentration dry substance or portion of it present in permeate; returning concentrated fraction as a portion of basic dispersion for one or more stages of membrane filtration. Membrane filtration system has one or more of membrane filtering units, each connected with supply pipeline, retained fraction discharge pipe, permeate discharge pipe. At least one permeate discharge pipe is connected with at least one concentration unit for separating permeate into distilled fraction and concentrate. Each concentration unit has distilled fraction outlet and concentrate discharge outlet. Concentrate discharge pipe is connected with return pipe connected to at least one supply pipe of membrane filtering unit. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and improved quality of filtered product. |
