FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method, following working variables are input: required time period value, preset total parameter value (such as preset ultrafiltration volume), and presumed time-variable parameter profile. The latter represents series of coordinates on section limited by ordinate axis, on which parameter values are laid off, and abscissa axis, on which time values are laid off, graph thus-constructed showing profile of growing parameter value. If total parameter value, as calculated using profile, is not equal to preset total value, changes are introduced into position of presumed time-variable profile in relation to ordinate axis in order to equalize these total values. Thereupon, apparatus for hemodialysis operates in accordance with corrected profile to reach preset inputted total parameter value during preset time period. EFFECT: reliable method for operating "artificial kidney" - type apparatus. |
