FIELD: pasteurization of milk, vegetables and juices, alcoholic and alcohol-free beverages. SUBSTANCE: pasteurizer has hermetically sealed cylindrical housing with axial inlet pipe and tangential product discharge pipe, drive shaft axially aligned with housing and provided with upper and lower disks defining chamber narrowing to periphery. This chamber has cavitational members. Upper and lower disks have auxiliary peripheral disks provided with alternating ridges and slots, which are conjugated with ridges and slots of compressed gas supply chambers for directing compressed air to narrowing chamber between upper and lower disks. Cavities of upper chamber are offset relative to cavities of lower chamber for value, which may be determined experimentally.
