FIELD: dairy products industry, analytical laboratories and animal husbandry firms. SUBSTANCE: device includes light guide probe 3 which ends with testing zone on side of dish for tested sample. Output butt of light guide probe is cut at angle 45 deg. Impeller agitator 14 and pipette 19 are mounted on light guide probe on side of sharpened end of it. Relationship of distances between impeller agitator and outlet of pipette, between the latter and sharpened end of light guide probe and to length of dipped part is set within limits 2:1:5.
