The regulator is designed to control the flow of carburant and is fitted into the carburettor by a threaded section (7). The device is screwed in to locate on the shoulder (7), which forms a hermetic seal with the carburettor. Regulation of the flow is achieved by, at least, a mobile adjustment device, which can be rotated manually, or automatically, relative to the fixed body (6) of the regulator. The rotation of the end section of the hood (12), of the device, which is linked to the needle pointer (10), is achieved by the threaded section (11) mating with the corresponding threaded section on the body. This allows the precise location of the needle to control the flow of carburant through the needle valve chamber (8), due to the conical shape of the end (19) of the needle.
