Disclosed are a method and device for deploying a multi-mode base station. The method comprises: according to a service requirement of a multi-mode base station network element, building a MOC model which comprises a plurality of MOCs; according to a public service of the multi-mode base station network element and a service logic of a wireless standard, building a plurality of companion documents for the MOC model running on a multi-mode base station; by performing a packaging process on the MOC model and the plurality of companion documents, generating a base station network element service model packet applicable to the multi-mode base station; and by issuing the base station network element service model packet to the multi-mode base station and a multi-mode telecommunication network element management system, deploying the multi-mode base station, so as to complete a hot loading operation which contains hot update and hot addition. By means of the production process of a base station network element service model packet, the independent deployment and publishing of the base station network element service model packet and a network element management system service model and the hot loading of a multi-mode base station service model packet can be realized. |
