Provided are an Internet of vehicle architecture and a service implementation method and device therein. The Internet of vehicle architecture at least comprises: a vehicle-mounted unit, a roadside unit, an Internet of vehicle functional entity and an Internet of vehicle application server. The method comprises: the vehicle-mounted unit sends request information to the Internet of vehicle application server via network application layer signalling or the Internet of vehicle functional entity, wherein the request information is used to indicate a request for an Internet of vehicle service; the vehicle-mounted unit receives first indication information of the Internet of vehicle application server which is responsive to the request information, wherein the first indication information is used to indicate that the request information succeeds or fails to request the Internet of vehicle service; and when the first indication information indicates that the request information makes a successful request, the vehicle-mounted unit receives data of the Internet of vehicle service sent by the Internet of vehicle application server via the roadside unit. By means of the present invention, the problem in the relevant art that it is difficult for an RSU to meet the current Internet of vehicle service needs is solved, thereby achieving the effect of improving the efficiency of resource or service management in the Internet of vehicle. |
