摘要 A liquid crystal panel and a driving method therefor. The liquid crystal panel comprises multiple pixel units (a and b), where each pixel unit comprises subpixel units of various colors. Among all of the subpixel units that the liquid crystal panel comprises, a portion of subpixel units among the subpixel units of some of the colors or all of the colors comprise primary pixel areas and secondary pixel areas. The driving method comprises: acquiring a grayscale value of a to be displayed image of each subpixel unit among the portion of subpixel units; searching in correlations between the grayscale values of the colors to which the subpixel units pertain and primary grayscale values and secondary grayscale values for the primary grayscale value and secondary grayscale value corresponding to the grayscale value of the color to which each of the subpixel units pertain, and providing respectively the primary grayscale value and the secondary grayscale value to the primary pixel unit areas and secondary pixel unit areas of each of the subpixel units. The liquid crystal panel and the driving method therefor of exemplary embodiments are capable of reducing color shifts when the liquid crystal panel is viewed from a side or at an angle.
