Prostaglandin e, ester derivatives of the formula , or (ii) -CH2CH"-O-CO-CH2-O-R2 (in which R1 and R2 each independiently, is C10-20 alkyl); and cyclodextrin clathrates thereof , and liposome formulations containing them, and medicine containing them. The compounds of the formula (I) have the effect of incrasing a blood flow and are useful for the agent to treatment of peripheral circulatory disorder, decubitus, skin ulcers, or for the agent of blood flow maintenance.
