Provided are a method and device for binding a base station with a virtual machine. The method comprises: ranking all the location regions according to the total number of carrier frequencies of all base stations within a coverage range of each location region, and adding ranking information about the location region to a location region information list; and ranking all the base stations according to the number of carrier frequencies owned by each base station within the coverage range of each location region, and adding ranking information about the base stations to a base station information list; establishing a mapping relationship between the location region information list and the base station information list, and querying the ranking information about all the ranked base stations within the coverage ranges of all location regions; and binding the base stations with a virtual machine in sequence according to the ranking information queried according to the mapping relationship. The embodiments of the present invention realize the service binding processing of a virtual machine and a telecommunication network. |
