The display apparatus comprises a display panel (100) and a 3D grating module (200) arranged at a light-emitting side of the display panel (100). The 3D grating module (200) comprises: a 3D common electrode layer (210); a 3D grating electrode layer (220) arranged at a light-emitting side of the 3D common electrode layer (210); an electric control material layer (230) formed between the 3D common electrode layer (210) and the 3D grating electrode layer (220); and a touch control receiving electrode layer (240) arranged at a light-emitting side of the 3D grating electrode layer (220). The 3D grating electrode layer (220) comprises a plurality of grating electrodes (221), and at least a part of the plurality of grating electrodes (221) are multiplexed as touch control emission electrodes, and are connected to a touch control emission electrode line (222). The touch control receiving electrode layer (240) comprises a plurality of receiving electrodes (241) and a plurality of touch control signal receiving lines (242) connected to corresponding receiving electrodes (241). The length direction of the receiving electrodes (241) in the touch control receiving electrode layer (240) is perpendicular to the length direction of the grating electrodes (221) in the 3D grating electrode layer (220).
