Disclosed are a connecting device and a communication plug box using the connecting device. The connecting device is arranged to connect a first plate and a second plate, the first plate being provided with a first surface and a second surface, the first plate being provided with a through hole, the second plate being provided with a connecting side surface directly facing and at an interval from the first surface, the connecting side surface being provided with a fixing hole directly facing the through hole. The connecting device comprises: a base, provided with a first channel running through two ends of the base, one end of the base being fixed on the second surface so that the first channel directly faces the through hole; a fixing piece, comprising a fixing rod connected to the base, the fixing rod being located within the first channel, one end of the fixing rod moving towards or away from the second plate so as to pass through the through hole and be fixed within the fixing hole; a fastening piece, comprising fastening claws connected to the base, the fastening claws being located within the first channel, distributed on the outer periphery of the fixing rod and moving towards or away from the second plate to pass through the through hole and abut the connecting side surface. |
