A control apparatus and method for realizing a high-voltage read/write power supply. The apparatus comprises: a write branch, which is configured to switch an output voltage into a high voltage that meets a first pre-set condition and is input by an external reuse PIN according to a detected control signal in a write operation, and is connected to a power bus vdd_otp in the control apparatus as a write operation high-voltage power supply output by the control apparatus; a read branch, which is configured to switch an output voltage into an internal normal voltage that meets a second pre-set condition in a read operation, and is connected to the vdd_otp as a read operation low-voltage power supply output by the control apparatus. |
