An electric room of a microwave range has a metal box. A high voltage transformer(15), a high voltage capacitor(16), a high voltage diode(17) and a cooling fan(18), etc is placed within the box, and a magnetron is placed above the box(20). With this structure, if high frequency irradiates inside the cooking room through a wave guide(12) connecting from the high voltage transformer(15) to the magnetron(11), unnecessary high frequency flows backward and comes in through the magnetron(11). The electronic wave coming through the magnetron(11) flow into the metal box(20), and from the high voltage transformer and some other equipment unnecessarily radiating electronic wave is produced. However, these electronic wave is unable to escape out of the box(20) and they are offset each other, so the neighboring equipments remain in stable state.
