A bobbin(1) is prepared in which a winding slot(1a) is wound by a coil(4). In this status, in order to separate a steel core(6) and the coil(4) and keep insulated, the bobbin(1) are warped by an insulation paper(5) which is cut a little longer than the both edge of the bobbin(1). And thus the bobbin(1) is perfectly separated by the coil(4), the steel cores with one end open are fitted to the insulation paper(5), and then the manufacturing process of the stabilizer is completely ended.
