The acoustic cladding (15) is supported via a mounting flange (14) onto a support bracket (13). The mounting is secured by a spring loaded ratchet (2) clip fitted to the cladding as a pre-assembled unit. To assist the alignment of the cladding onto the mounting a self locating guide (25) on the cladding locates into an alignment guide (17) on the support bracket. The ratchet grip has a clip fastening (3) to a mounting hole in the cladding and the grip extends out of a slot (18) in the mounting flange. A spring support (6) provides the springing.
