By establishing a work space part(a) on both sides opposed to each other inside the body frame(110), the segments(C) of the tip part are fabricated to be installed, and in the inner surface, each bracket(10) is fixed to the direction where they face each other, while a pair of rolling correction jacks(20) are introduced so the rebound force as to be effected to the same direction, therein plural bowl roller plates(30) are provided thus the rebound force against segments(C) in the tip part is obtained to correct the rolling of the value over the established limit.
