The compounds of the formula: <IMAGE> where R is H, alkyl, haloalkyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl; Y is oxygen, sulfur or NR2 where R2 is H or alkyl; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, are useful centrally active muscarinic agents.
