A large number of delay(D11-D14) delays digital input video signal per 4 samples, and correction detecting part(10) detects the correlation with samples(A,C,E)(B,C,D) by using each output sample of input video signal and delay(D11-D14) to output to the first and second correlation detecting output signal. Correlation detecting sensitivity control part(20) controls the correlation detection of correlation detecting part(10) according to the correlation detecting sensitivity control signal(S1) of microcomputer and the first correlation detecting output signal(X). Multiplexor(MUX1) selects single output form the FIR filters(31-33) having different band width.
