In the stop lamp of an automobile fixed onto a top of a package tray(30) or a lower part of a spoiler, the stop lamp for use of automobiles is constructed by a bending part(14) having an adhesion of a rotation plumb(12) in one side end thereof, the bending part(14) being perpendicularly extended downwards in another side thereof; a rotary member(10) rotatable together with the stop lamp, the rotary member(10) being provided as a rotation shaft(16) formed upright, upwards, in a center thereof; a circular type oil pressure receptacle(22) composed of a fluid room(23) and a transverse membrane(24), the fluid room(23) having a formation of a flute part(28) in one side and a constant volume, the transverse membrane(24) being formed in the inside of the fluid room(23) in one body; and an oil pressure device(20) including a rotary body(26) movable in a position confronted with the transverse membrane(24), and in such construction, an ending portion of the bending part provided in the rotary member(10) is fixed onto a top face of the rotary body(26) in one body via the flute part(28), whereby providing a safety driving of drivers by easily recognizing a lighting-up or a lights-out state of a previously driving car.
