A hammer drill(13) is operated to form a pile hollow on a rock bed(R), having the supply of the pressed air stopped, and is reverse-rotated and risen up. Through a hose connected to the shovel arranged on the upper part of a drive shaft(9) of a drive unit installed in an auger drive unit(6), a cement pool is provided, subsequently the cement pool is passed through inside the shovel to be supplied to a screw cement pool passage(24).
