Aminoaromatic ester polylactone aminocarbamates and fuel compositions containing the same

Aminoaromatic ester polylactone aminocarbamates having the formula: <IMAGE> (I) wherein R1 is an alkyl group having from 1 to about 100 carbon atoms or an aralkyl or alkaryl group having from 7 to about 100 carbon atoms; R2 is an alkylene group of about 2 to 5 carbon atoms; A is a polyamine moiety having at least one basic nitrogen atom; x is an integer from 1 to 25; and y is an integer from 0 to 6. The aminoaromatic ester polylactone aminocarbamates of formula I are useful as fuel additives for the prevention and control of engine deposits.
