The platform incorporates a disc (2) carrying the object under test (v), surrounded by an inner ring (3) movable about the yaw axis and able to roll with respect to an outer ring (4). The outer ring is suspended by jacks (11,12) on a carriage (5) with respect to which it can move vertically and pitch. The carriage moves across a framework of rails (6) which in their turn move longitudinally on orthogonal rails (7). The movable supports (18) and spotlights (19) of a display system are fixed to the moving disc, and its screen (17) is fixed to the inner ring.
