The present invention relates to a radiation-curable binder BM consisting of a copolymer made up of: A) 80 to 99 wt.% of a hydroxyl group-containing polyether acrylate and/or polyester acrylate A), which may contain a mono, di and/or polyamine AA) as an addition compound, and B) 1 to 20 wt.% of benzophenone tetracarboxylic acid, its anhydrides and/or esters. The invention also relates to a process for producing the binder BM and its use in radiation-curable coating agents.
