An organic light-emitting display substrate, manufacturing method and display apparatus thereof. The organic light-emitting display substrate comprises a substrate (1) and multiple pixel units formed on the substrate (1). The pixel unit comprises a light-emitting region (A) and a non-light-emitting region (B). An organic light-emitting structure is formed within the light-emitting region (A). The organic light-emitting structure comprises a first electrode layer (51), an organic light-emitting function layer (52), and a second electrode layer (53), respectively stacked on the substrate (1). The second electrode layer (53) comprises a first portion located in the light-emitting region (A) and a second portion located in the non-light-emitting region (B). The space between the second electrode layer (53) and the substrate (1) is disposed with multiple organic/inorganic material layers. The multiple organic/inorganic material layers at least comprise the organic light-emitting function layer (52) in the light-emitting region (A) and comprises a transparent material layer (7) in part of the non-light-emitting region (B) of the pixel units.
