Combination connection method for diesel engines

The combined process is for a four-stroke diesel. It involves injecting water directly into the hot exhaust gas in the exhaust gas drive cylinder (15) or storage space (16). The evaporated water, in a closed circuit, is cooled, condensed, separated and re-used for injection. The unit thus operates in a semi-closed thermodynamic circuit process (exhaust gas in open circuit process and water and steam in closed circuit process). Several variants are described, one of which involves coupling with the combustion chamber cylinder (14) of the piston compressor (13).
