The invention concerns a fuel-injection valve (1) for high-pressure injection in auto-ignition internal combustion engines, the valve comprising a solenoid valve (23) for controlling the injection process. According to the invention, in order to control this solenoid valve, a control circuit is provided which is divided into a first circuit part and second circuit parts (31) which are disposed on each individual injection valve, separately from the first circuit part which controls a plurality of injection valves together. The housing is clipped onto the fuel-injection valve and has fuel flowing through its interior for cooling purposes.
