摘要 The method involves limiting a quantity, counting, and regulating a heat transfer in a remote heat transfer station, which operates preferably according to the flow-through principle, and which is equipped with a central regulation arrangement. The heating water quantity made available is registered in a flow measurement arrangement (9) and is converted by the central regulator arrangement (8) into limit signals for the adjustment valves of the drinking water heater (4) and the room heating (1). At infringement of a permissible heating water quantity, a first valve (1), and only at persistent infringement a valve for the drinking water heater, are gradually closed, and are opened again at a reduction of the heating water through-flow. The temperature difference between the remote heat supply and return is multiplied in the central regulation arrangement with the value of the heat capacity flow determined from flow quantity and specific capacity, and is detected and stored as cumulative heat consumption value as well as maximal value. For the regulation of the drinking water temperature in dependence on a nominal drinking water temperature stored in the regulation arrangement, the actual temperature is measured by a temperature sensor (13) in extremely short periods, and is converted into instructions for the drive of the adjustment valve with an adjusted, very short adjustment time for a complete lift aperture.
